Default WTB 1.8 Block

Looking to buy a block. Hopefully somewhere close in the PNW. I have a crank, rods, oil pump and such so if it spun a bearing and hurt the crank that would be fine by me.

I have a '99 block in Salem. Bought it in non-op condition, previous owner said some sort of bottom end problem. Probably not going to be able to build it any time soon, so if you want it make an offer.

What did you pay for it? I will be in that area this weekend.

Damn, we had a VVT short block sitting behind AR for about month until recently. Picked up with the scrap, I could check with the guy that picks it up, see if he still has it.

Have you opened it up yet? I just want to make sure it is a good block and would only need a line bore at worst.

No, haven't opened it up. Still assembled with pistons, oil pan, etc.

I have a 00 block that is stock specs, fresh honed with new rings. I could ship if you'd pay.

I don't want to be a dick and low ball but I also don't want to risk a bunch of money.

I think the juice wouldn't be worth the squeeze after shipping but pm me a total price and some pics if you don't mind to 97266.
