I searched everywhere and couldn't find them used or new really anywhere. Ended up buying from GWR and waiting like a month + for it.

Yep, that's what i'm finding, but didn't want to wait a month, or have them ship it to me in an 80" TV box.

Doesn't it require the Beatrush rear subframe brace too? I have one of those. Also, I bought it from Rev9 autosport and got it in 13 days from Japan.

I think we're talking about one and the same thing...?

I've been thinking about making one, but I dunno if that is a terrible idea.

No, the full Beatrush rear subframe brace replaces the whole OEM ladder brace out back and has 6 attachment points. The PPF brace attaches to the rearmost lower control arm mounting bolts and then triangulates that to the PPF. I've considered getting the PPF brace, too, but I am not clear on whether it requires the rear subframe brace or not. I can't even get the hardware that came with my brace to fully thread in the two rear holes anyways. The bolts need to be longer.

The PPF brace does not require the full subframe brace, at least on NBs.

I have one on my 99 and it's great. Bought it new I think it was only $160? Hard to justify. The only thing that sucked was getting it to fit after doing a clutch job. Had to realign my PPF just right to make it fit.
