WTB: Main Bearing Caps
Looking for some main bearing caps. I'm going to do destructive testing on them.
They can be mismatched, etc, just need them to be in OK condition.
Anyone got some old main caps they don't need?

I do from a block that I'm pretty sure isn't worth saving/I'm not knowledgeable enough to try to save. Thrust-bearing failure. I also just watched your last video haha! Caps would be from a 95 block.

I dunno if that block is saveable or worth saving. But if it's not, I'd be happy to cover shipping if you can part with them!

Thrust-bearing ate into the main cap and the crank. If it's salvageable I don't think it's cost-effective as it would require specialized machine work.
Yes, I can part with them. They won't do me any good moving forward.
