Looking for a roller Miata shell near Nashville, TN. Needs to be straight, red would be a bonus. Started a track rat build with a very clean (well, from the outside) red na6, before I realized the front end had been bent at some point in it's life. I would prefer an NA6.
How bent? A good body shop might be able to straighten it. If its just forward of the front subframe you should be good. Spec Miatas usually don't reshell a car until it buckles near the fire wall. I'm near Nashville, so I'll get my ears open. I've got a lot of spare NA/NB parts laying around if you need anything.
Hey Thanks! I actually found a REALLY clean 90 for 500 and went and picked it up. It might be too clean for me to track rat, so I'm looking into body shops now to see if anyone can straighten out the red one. It's not a terrible bend, but it's not good either. I have straight subframes and they don't line up.
It's a shortnose crank car with a lot of miles and a bunch of little problems, but since I don't usually get such good deals lemme rub it in it a bit. It's why I'm struggling to throw 12k/8k coilovers under it and a bunch of stuff that makes it uncomfortable.
