I have a 2003 NB with FM V2 kit with a 1999 VICS intake manifold. I want to get a better tune on it and get rid of the current FIC setup and also plan to be adding RX7 injectors

May I suggest ordering a MS3 Basic from BOFI Racing? As it is a UK Based shop, they won't charge you VAT. My total price after paying import fees + using a 7% off coupon was 900$ shipped to the US. The basemap is great and I have been able to tune out any small issues fairly easily. It also can control VICS natively without running additional wiring, which is pretty cool. He's also available for questions regarding the ECU.
