Default WTB: SAFC or equivalent

Looking to pick up a cheap device that will tweak AFM signal a bit. Looking for basic. An old SAFC would be perfect. I know they're still kind of popular with certain crowds like DSM, so if you've got one collecting dust please let me know. Thanks.

It's for a friend who needs something low cost and simple. His car is n/a 90 tub/electronics with an 01/99 motor, and does well until 6k when it gets stupid rich (9.8:1).
