I'm interested in buying PRE '97 turbo miata.

Here are some of the things I'm looking for:
-Tranny: 5spd
-Color: any. I'm not in love with bright colors, but I can deal with them.
-paint condition: Good, unless car is <$5k, then paint condition doesnt matter.
-Diff: Toren LSD
-Turbo kit: BEGi or FMII. no entirely custom kit unless you can prove it's reliable somehow.
-other prefered mods: Any suspension mods are a plus. Interior/exterior mods, not so much, but they can always be removed (i'd like to do my own)
-location: Anywhere in US, but preferably East Coast.
-engine: would prefer low mileage on the engine, not neccessarily on the car
-interior: can be totally trashed if the car is cheap. (i'd get it cleaned up nice). if the car is over $7k, than the interior needs to be generally clean, not including the seats.
-dyno numbers: 200-260whp

My absolute limit is $10k (b/c thats what i have sitting in the bank), but that doesnt mean I want to spend that much on the PURCHASE of the car. I'll offer accordingly to how much the particular car is worth to me.

 

For $10K you can fly up and drive mine home. I'll start another.

Pictures in vBGarage. Not real anxious to sell because I love this car, but for 10K cash, I'll start another. The fun for me is in the building. Just passed 88K miles, only owner, garage queen for many years. In addition to signature it has a 1.8 rear w/torsen, 2.5" catback, Sony CD, HDHTDD. Things you DON'T get are my new 6UL's, CB and hardtop.

Edit: OK; you could have the CB and antenna.

 

haha i love the cb radio and antenna, thats golden. I'LL TAKE IT! no, jk. Like i said i'm not lookin to spend all the 10k cash even though thats what i have, and your car wouldnt be valued at that anyway. I like it though! =] sleeper?

I've got my eyes on one over in CA i'm hopin to pick up for 5.5k. I'm also trying to get ahold of the seller of one i found in michigan but he isnt answering calls/emails...

actually 6k is pretty reasonable. how many miles on the car/engine, how many miles on the turbo kit? custom build? been dynod before? or a 1/4 time? and if you have a few more pics somewhere load em up.
