Default WTB wastegate actuator

i have a t28 im going to put on , but it doesnt have the wastegate ,
so i need the wastegate actuator, with the flange to mount it.
i would just pick up an HKS , or ebay actuator, but i dont have the flange to mount , and they dont come with one.

ok i think i understand bit better now. um, i have a 2860 turbo with the .64 t2 housing and wastegate actuator stuff. i was planning on putting a t3 housing on it, so i could sell you housing + wg. that sounds like a better match than my t25 stock turbo.
