What A/R turbine housing are you running on that GT28RS and what is your target boost? Sorry I don't feel like reading back through 20 pages to find out.

FROM PREVIOUS PAGE: got cut off at the end.

Big news- Last night we were doing a photo shoot and a GTR Spec V rolled by with a Lingenfelter CTS-V Coupe...

Needless to say, we dropped everything to chase them down. My buddies jumped into the BMW X5 to video me trying to run the two "supercars" for lack of better words.

We catch them and I was unaware that the CTS was the Lingenfelter version so I didn't even want to bother with it (I thought I knew the results already). I get next to the GTR and with no surprise he didn't take me seriously. Didn't hurt my feelings.. It's a Miata.

So the CTS-V wanted some pretty bad- we line it up at a 40 roll and I maybe pull a car on him but it was obvious what happened (the dudes reaction was priceless). He yelled out the window "What the hell is in that thing? I make 700WHP".

I think that caught the attention of the guy in the GTR so he gets up next to me and we do a quick pull. To my surprise it looked like I was moving out on him. So we line it up again at a higher speed - Maybe 50-55? We take off and it looked like it was about door to door and I shut down at the end of my gear.

My buddies in the X5 were able to shoot video of the whole thing so I'll post it when it's up but I was happy with the turnout for sure.

These pics are just a couple I snapped with my iPhone at the photo shoot:

Not sure anything above what I'm boosting on this turbo is worth the heat. If I went to a bigger turbo I'd make 400+ easy.

.64 and it's boosting 18-19PSI

My buddy was able to get the videos up last night... You can see that I'm riding next to the guy at the end and he just wouldn't run me. He kept saying "Hold on.. I'll be ready in a minute".

From the low roll I was pulling on him, from the higher speeds I started after him but he wasnt gaining much on me. I also missed 4th

This was just me playing around on top of a parking structure

Here are some of the photos:

Awesome runs with the GTR. Last time I went to the track with some friends I took my girlfriend's RSX and there was a GTR there running 11.9-12.1 @ 116-117. I was pissed that I didn't bring my car. God your car is beautiful, keep up the great work, I can't wait to see where it goes from here.

Thanks man. Keep in mind this was the 2013. The engine produces 545 horsepower and 463 lb-ft.. Supposed to run 11 flat or something.

I however have run the car on this setup a total of 4 times. With 2 successful passes. (Broke an axle once and missed second gear twice).

I was on 225 street tires and my best run was without anti lag and I bogged the launch (By accident).

You must budget for a new set of tires every month.

My wheels and tires showed up. These are the Konig Flat outs and the 225/45/15 Hankook RS-3's

The wheels are from Brian at Goodwin - Great price! Props to them for the communication about the inventory change. I like the way these guys do business.

Got the car ready- Fresh oil, coil over adjustment.. Raised the car. Dampening adjustment, fresh coolant, new plugs and double checked everything.

The next morning she was looking fresh and ready to go with her new shoes.

A couple of buddies joined me- Boss 302 with the track pack suspension, C5 Fixed roof coupe Corvette with a built high compression cammed motor and the Audi Rally car

The car performed really really well on the track. I had to raise the suspension a couple of times to avoid rubbing but she was doing well.

Another shot.. and yes. that's a dent in my door.

Didn't spend much time behind anyone.. When I did it looked about like this though

On the way home we washed up and parked em.

What happened to the door? Looks like you turned the car on it's side and the Macho Man Randy Savage elbow dropped it off the roof of the garage.

A couple of buddies chasing me at the track... Until brake fade and I slid off at the end of the straight.

This is a very fast corvette btw... Low, low, low 11 second 1/4 mile...

Their comments speak highly of your car. Did they want to continue chasing, is that why he didn't pass you?

Nice work though. Time for a brake upgrade!

IMO you're a better driver. You hit the apex late like an F1 driver. I hate waterford hills though, curbs are to high and if you go off at any point you're in grass and spinning out.

Thanks man!

The door was no big deal - Picked up two of them in mint condition the day after the track. They are from a 99 10SE - Blue

Without wasting much time:

I bought two of them, they have perfect black door cards and just like mine, the BOSE speakers - so I'll be swapping my Tan/Black door panels for these..
