It's been fixed! There were a **** ton of washers on the waste gate actuater, removed them, and the car has an AFR of 10 flat on boost. Come by, drive it, and see for yourself, or I can take another video.

Maybe... maybe not...

I'm not buying another Miata. I'm just bored.

From what I gather, you'd want this to sell for a bottom barrel price. I would assume the Miata community would have a vested interest in Miatas (especially turbo ones on this forum) going for a high price, to keep the market value high.

Before you talk about the car being busted and a grenade - it's fixed, and whatever internal damage argument you might bring up, doesn't showcase itself on the car. It runs, drives, and performs smoothly.

You assume wrong. We like our cheap track beaters.

Oh you replaced the internals? Cool! GLWS.

Thanks...now if it only stopped raining in Michigan, I could at least drive it.

I agree with you there, for sure. I like cheap track beaters, but any beater will be cheap. I would love to see this car and others like it go for $11k +.

The bidding being at 5,600 (unless it heats up in the next 7 hrs...highly unlikely) is honestly a bit surprising to me. I feel like I constantly see high mileage NBs go for more than that. Maybe the FM parts are hurting the value more than enhancing it.

On a weird note - the most calls I've gotten on the Miata, have been specifically on the two sunny weekends we've had so far in Mi.

If you have the ability to return the vehicle to stock, do it.

And FFS, if that's plasti-dip on the wheels, remove it. Nothing screams cheaply/ghetto modified than plasti-dipped/black painted stock wheels.

The car does not present itself well in photos.

It's painted by the previous owner. I think I'll just keep it till July/August when the weather is actually nice.
