Default 1997 prelude FS cheap!!!!!

Ok just this is my brothers 1997 automatic honda prelude. Im just gonna break it down.

Good:
a/c is ice
new tires
new brakes
engine runs awsome
AZ car
no accidents
clean title
new alignment
clean interior
awsome radio (c/d)
optional wing

Bad:
tint on passanger door needs to be redone
passanger side view mirror cracked and has temporary mirror
paint is ehh
small dent on front part of hood
one of the headlights bulb is out
signals stick

MAJOR ISSUE AND WHY ITS SO CHEAP: The tranny or torque converter is acting up. If the tranny is cold, it shifts hard. Once it is warmed up it runs perfect. If you let it idle for 10 minutes then drive it is is good. We took it to honda and they said it is an internal transmission problem. If you can fix it yourself (which should cost under 1,000) you can have yourself a real steal.

The car is currently at my dads friends shop waiting to be further inspected. If you would like more info or want to see it let me know. KBB says with 100k miles and in Fair condition.....$6,755.
