the police scanners talk about fire only after those were set off, after unleashing hell, and they said negative on fire.

Sure can, but I'm pretty sure by that time the fire was ruled out, and there was no threat to the fuel igniting.

The best point from that video: only 3 people died in the bombing so why did they shut down an entire city to search? Chicago has way more murders than that all year long but its never shut down? I really believe they instituted martial law that day and I don't know what other interpretation could be made.
