Fox actually won a lawsuit because they are an 'entertainment' network, not a news network, therefore they can (and do) knowingly lie.

That would explain why he's a democrat - His life is miserable because the one girl in the world he most wants to bang is his daughter - and if he has to be that miserable, then he might as well make the rest of the free world miserable with him.

Fox won an appeal against a whistlerblower suit because the law was written was in their favor, since the FCC "news distortion policy" is not a "law, rule or regulation" under section 448.102 of Flordia's Whistlerblower Act.
