Not a lawyer, so I dont know if this whole thing is circumstantial. Comey said they lacked intent when making their decision to recommend to not indict her. This whole debacle demonstrates intent. The idiot shouldnt have scrubbed his posts and could have claimed it wasnt him. I guess if legit, they could threaten him with a rediculous penalty and get him to squeak. Of course he will die in short order before any of this goes down.
