And if the Foreman instructs the jury completely incorrectly, with no basis whatsoever on current law? In fact, his instructions directly contradict current law?
This is what has my panties in a bunch Brainy. The foreman guided the jury through a process based on his own opinion - and his own opinion directly contradicts our current law. It's a complete and total ******* 180 from any intellectual property law we've ever had in the history of the US, and he likely completely ignored the jury instructions with respect to this part.
For my profession? This is absolutely terrifying if it holds through appeal. Seriously. We're (My profession we're, not MT we're) so unbelievably fucked if the foreman's opinions are held up in court - it's nigh impossible to have prior art, which means the patent and copyright wars are going to entirely new levels.

Long ago in a dusty village
full of hunger, pain and strife
a man came forth with a vision of truth
and the way to a better life
he was convinced he had the answer
and he compelled people to follow along
but the hunger never vanished
and the man was banished
and the village dried up and died
at a time when wise men peered
through glass tubes toward the sky
the heavens changed in predictable ways
and one man was able to find
that he had thought he found the answer
and he was quick to write his revelation
but as they were scutinized
in his colleagues eyes
he soon became a mockery
don't tell me about the answer
'cause then another one will come along soon
I don't believe you have the answer
I've got ideas too
but if you've got enough naivete
and you've got conviction
then the answer is perfect for you
an urban sprawl sits choking on its discharge
overwhelmed by industry
searching for a modern day savior from another place
inclined toward charity
everyone's begging for an answer
without regard to validity
the searching never ends
it goes on and on for eternity

On November 18, 2011, a note penned by Barrack Obama himeself was read outloud at the Heavy-D funeral.

Somebody just told me that when Romney quit Bain to take over the failing Winter Olympics--the one that happened right after the Twin Towers came down--he didn't take a salary. Did I mention JACKASS?!
Who does this guy think he is?! Just because the Olympics ended up a HUGE success and made over $100 million, does he really need to rub it in our faces?

It's all tongue in cheek. The MSM has branded Romney a heartless capitalist who offshored jobs, when the truth is quite the opposite. FWIW he wasn't my first choice (none of them were), but this is a choice between a man with integrity and a man who will likely take the whole world into a recession.
