Has anyone in here ever used one or had expierience with this bv, im considering it since I need a bv, but would'nt you haft to recirculate to the intake tract to avoid idle droop?

Dude...go back and search on some of your old posts. I think I recall answering this questions of yours at least once before.
Yes, when using the stock ECU, a vent-to-atmosphere bypass valve will cause an overly rich condition on throttle let-off, which can cause bucking/hiccups, backfires, throttle transition problems and yes, a leak at idle, causing it to run lean while idling.
Now, if it's able to be tightened, you might be able to make it not leak at idle, but it'll likely be so tight at that point that it won't properly "blow-off" under throttle transitions, meaning your bypass valve isn't even doing what it was built to do at that point...and you'll have the turkey gobble all over again.
See why people with stock ECUs just use recirculating systems?

Basically im being told That I dont haft to recirculate this blow-off, which is not the case because Im still using the maf. venting would only cause unwanted issues unless using a stand-alone ecu with the capabilities of ditching the maf....anyways Im making to big a deal of somthing small....I already know what to do.

also the site says that after shipping the X-over is $290 with the BOV....i only payed 150 and have absolutely no affiliation with ETD at all and didn't try to haggle them or anyhting...again maybe a fluke, but figured i'd share

Yeah, I'm sure there is an "ideal" setting for VTA bypass valve tension that causes the least amount of problems, as it seems you've found that fine line and stuck to it. But, again, is the VTA really worth the trouble?

you can do it....there are just a few reasons why some (including myself) don't. I driven two VTA miatas that have no trouble idling (3 if include mine back-in-the-day), they don't have a WB or we might see that when I shift I go lean, whereas they'll go pig rich.

the deal of the day on flyin miata (friday the 5th) is a VTA for $110 that looks fairly similar to the turbosmart i have that gives me no problems and it's advertised to not give you any problems even with the MAF still installed on the car

I am VTA currently, no idling problems, but when you lift off the throttle, afr's jump to 10.5 or less. Goes way too rich. I have no other real issues except when I get back on the throttle, it is a real quick hesitation. I would definately be recirculating back if I would not have gotten this BOV for free from a friend. The blowoff valve is a megan racing off of ebay, works good for what it was built for.
