so i finished my diypnp for my 93 miata i plugged it in and i was watching a video on youtube by carpoassion channel he shows how to megasquirt, well change settings to get the car running on megasquirt, so i did all he said to do settings wise except i did not get the IAT GM sensor and i have not retared the timing with the timing light, well at this point im tryna turn on the car and the car cranks and it sounds like its about to turn on but it wont, does this have anything to do with me not using the IAT SENSOR or does it have to do with me not adjusting the timning just yet?
so again it cranks it sounds like it wants turn on but it doesnt

also post screen shots of your fuel and spark maps and a log while cranking.
