to anyone who's got an LC-1, where did you run the main pigtail through the firewall? I imagine that ya don't want that cute little controller box outsid the cabin, so how did you handle the routing? they certainly didn't give me much to work with, but i suppose if worse comes to worse i can just extend the wires.
anyone? i'm dying to get this thing in the car so i can sort out some of my fuel issues. :-)
I 've got mine in the engine bay, its been fine for months. The manual says so too. It's sitting zip tied to something behind the intake manifold with the o2 wire coming over the transmission and the controller wires going in the AC holes. If you have AC there's also a square hole in the firewall rightaround the pedal mounts i used for a little while.
hmm... well if i can leave that ltitle controller box in the engine bay (that'll learn me for skimming the manual) i should damn well install it tonite. lol. too bad i've lost motivation now that partypoker's fired up... ;-)
heh, well considering i jacked the cruise control's vacuum line off the TB for the megasquirt MAP, i could just rip out the cruise stuff and use that hole, huh? ;-)
