Found this site when looking for bolts for my EFR turbine housing. Pretty cool. And great prices.

McMaster also has them. Not metric though.
This site doesn't specify if the bolts are fully threaded or not though.

I've never seen a 16mm bolt not fully threaded. But I'll find out. Owner is very fast to respond.

Obviously, but their sizes go up to a couple inches. I don't see specification and the picture looks the same for all of them.
