Description

Much boat for the money. Significantly upgraded in recent years. Ideal family boat which sailed single handedly when ropes goes to the cockpit. Total Overhaul motor 2005. New fuel nozzles, valve guides, valve seats and reconditioned coolant pump. Changed oil filter and impeller every year.

Are you planning on living aboard?
I'm not sure if I did the conversion correctly, but it seems like a decent deal.
It's not uncommon to find boats in that class and condition for ~$12000 on the west coast. Sometimes significantly less.

I'm not much of a sailboat type, but I live among them - there's a shocking amount of sailing money at mooring in our harbor. The local boat market is VERY depressed lately, but I think a boat like that would easily bring more than the seller is asking. From the pictures, it has been very well kept - updating textiles is the only obvious thing you might want to do.
It's a good-looking boat. If the reality matches the photos, I would do it.
