ok got the timing set and the wiring fixed. Still runs like **** till 4500. Also found out my new turbo kit is to close to my brake stuff. Drove the car around and noticed it was like holding back like my e-brake was on. I got about 2 blocks from my house and stoped at a stop sign and couldnt move all 4 brakes were locked up. I will be wraping the turbo and downpipe now hopwfully it helps. I read about the o2 clamp could this be my problem i dont want to throw 100 bucks down and get one and it not be the problem.

the o2 clamp only helps the transition into boost, if it always runs like crap below 4500 it's not your problem. check all the usual suspects like spark plugs, wires, vacuum leaks

you should loose your brakes completely, not have them lock up if the turbo is melting your master cylinder. have a qualified mechanic check into your brakes.
