It's painful to read your post. Can you please use a bit of punctuation and a little clearer explanation of things?

what did you unplug? do you have a picture?

What you need to do is go back to class and learn how to use punctuation and capitalization. Your **** gives me a head ache. I don't know what I just read to be honest.

PEOPLE, USE "AN" IF IT IS BEFORE A VOWEL!

I couldn't stand it so I fixed it, maybe someone can help him out now. my sentences are probably too short. But I needed short sentences. after the one he typed. which took up the whole post. one sentence. one post. wtf.

Alright I just got the car together. It had a Cartech turbo kit including an IHI turbo and a cracked manifold. I changed to an ebay manifold with an Evo 16g turbo. The car has some sort of engine management on it which I unhooked thinking it was dumping too much fuel. (Get a wideband, yo) But now the car won't go into boost. It runs great past 4500rpm with a decent 9psi. (isn't that boost?) It had this same problem when the Cartech turbo was on. The guy I bought it off could never figure out. Does anyone have any ideas?

Sorry about not having clear sentances. I wrote that up real fast before i had to goto work i was hoping it was somthing stupid that was wrong with my car and you guys would know. Only thing i unhooked was o2 sensor but the car did this when i bought it. For a little clear explanation when i goto pull out it just doesnt want to go anywhere it feels like your trying to drive a car with a clogged cat. Ill try to get couple pics of it real quick before i goto work today. I had this same problem on one of my friends 240s he we did a sr20det swap in it and it did the same thing. Found that the crank sensor was bad and thats it ran great after that. If you guys have any idea i would appericiate the help.

Clean up that wiring first. Then I would get a timing gun and make sure the car is timed correctly.

i had that problem when i still had the afm and before it was warmed up, after it was fully warm it didn't do it. does yours do it all the time?

what injectors are you running? what is your base fuel pressure? is that a stock afm or rx7 afm? how old is your fuel filter? do you have anything controlling timing? what is the timing set to?

The guy i bought it off of was a complete idiet and knew nothing. i asked him if it has a diff fuel pump or anything "I dont know im not a mechanic" is what he said i was like wow. no i dont have anything to control timing. Im going to put a light on it prob monday i work non stop this weekend. Where should i set the timing to start with. Also im pretty sure its the stock AFM. Is there a color chart for mazda injectors ill also try to see what size they are to i apperciate you guys tryin to help me

with your setup you're gonna want stock 1.6 injectors which are blue, or the tan 1.8 injectors. without timing control, set base timing to 6* at 850rpm with ten and ground pins jumpered in the diag box. stock fuel pressure with the vacuum line pulled off should be about 50psi, with your afpr try bumping it up to 55. also show us a clear picture of the label on your afm and we'll be able to tell you which it is.
