lol, that's for monitoring general emissions, not for tickets/revenue.

I pulled my bullett cat for a test pipe and noticed a .2 leaner AFR at WOT...so I guess it moved more air without out it but I could not feel the increase. The cat kept the car a bit quieter too.

There is still one of the original exhaust system pipes going from the back of the cat to the Monza exhaust.

I'm going to have to get under the car take some stuff apart and measure to see what
I actually have but the transition from larger to smaller flange at the front of the cat is still the main problem IMO.

I can make a cat to marry by DP to my cat back- Large flange up front and smaller in the back unless I go 3 inches the whole way but that will be more expensive...

Thank you very much!!!

They both sound nice.

My car has a Gredy 1.6, to the stock CAT and a Monza Pacesetter cat back exhaust system. It used sound a little fart canny when I got on it but since the turbo it is VERY quiet.... I'm not going to complain about a little more sound but I would like to keep thigs quiet.

Foiled again...

The Racing Mazda DP is advertised as 2.5 and my cat back at 2.25

Who the heck knows what the flanges are but chances are there will be as much of a size discrepancy with a test pipe as there is now with my Rube Goldberg cat installation ...

just do a custom setup for the exhaust if you can find someone that can weld that you know.

I'm going to have to dive under the car hopefully this weekend and take the OEM cat off, measure pipe diameters flanges etc.
With the information I can decide the way to go.
Advanced sells a universal cat that has large 3 in pipes at the ends. If I can get the local muffler butcher or a friend to weld two flanges I'd be set...
Don't think it will do much but I have a mental thing about having the OEM Cat in there. the inlet is less than 2 inch.
