Hi Sturovo,
I am watching closely your forums, and I am very excited, as this might be a viable and cheap solution to pump a little more out from my car. I would go for around 160 hp, aiming to have more power on the midrange. Do you think it is possible with your setup, without touching the stock exhaust, or adding an intercooler? How would it effect emissions (not to have any trouble with the "law"?
Also, and the biggest question, do you deal with selling a complete package? By complete I mean, with turbo, and ecu, and also injectors (if needed). I have seen that you modded 2 cars, did you do that by your own? If so, are you willing to deal with installation/tuning as well?
As you are in Slovakia, and I live in Hungary, the distance is not to far for visiting you if that would be the case.

I put together a setup for 1.8 NA engined super 7 style kit car. Space was incredibly tight so I had to make an unusual manifold. Notice the length of 2 and 3 runners
There is only a couple of cm's between the rocker cover and the turbo.
Flow should be pretty decent as everything points to the way out.
Did I mention that space was tight?

Just read through your entire thread this morning. Great work!
I had been considering changing to a TD04-13T because it seems to be a great turbo for the Miata, but the lack of support/information has been very disappointing. Your thread has all of the info I was looking for to adapt a T3 manifold to a TD04-13t. Just wanted to say thanks for being so open and sharing!

This weekend finished my turbo built,all went well. My little td035 turbo
from a subaru forester spools verry well,with no lag.Its a low boost turbo
but for now its ok to me,can always buy a cheap td04 for a upgreat.
Intercooler is from a audi a4 got it for 30 euro on a wrekyard
So thanks and have a nice day

Your intercooler setup looks good. Which model Audi is it from?
Usually people (myself included) use way too big intercoolers. Just look at the size they will use in F1 cars next season.

I have been following this thread for a while now as I am planning a DIY turbo conversion to my NB 1.8 and I am considering the TD04 turbo for the job.
I was planning to make a manifold similar to your designs but have limited fabrication experience. I do have both a MIG and stick welder but they (or I) aren't very good.
If you are selling these manifold / downpipes as kits I would be very interested in considering having one off you to save myself the trouble.
V design looks good, are the internals more direct from the inner ports, any pics of inside?

If anyone wants to buy a new badass turbo for this, kinugawa just came out with their awesome STS 9 blade turbine wheels for the td04 fitment. Their new wheels flow more air and spool better than any of the stock mitsu wheels or garrette wheels of comparable size. So that turbine wheel with a billet 19t or 20t comp wheel, I would expect you to be able to approach 300 wheel on pump gas.

Weird thing is the flanges and turbo it self are huge. The inlet is bigger than a t3 and it has a 3" outlet....... on a 200 hp turbo.
And just like fat chicks need loving the euro 4-2-1 NB exhaust needs a turbo stuck in the middle of it
