Default Knock sensor for B6ZE

I'm in the process of turbocharging my NA6 with a DIYPNP + TD04 from a mitsi libero.

Can anyone give me the options for knock sensors on the B6ZE as I understand this motor doesn't have one stock, although the B6T and BP engines do? Am I able to simply remove a knock sensor from a B6T or BP and install it on the B6ZE?

What about a det-can? or are you sold on going with a sensor that proactively protects the engine?
