Cramers got a dodge dart with a slant 6.

If they did put a BP in a nova, I think it would be sweet. I cant thing of a better way to **** off the import and the american muscle guys. Big turbo and 400hp it would be faster than many of the muscle car guys too.

This thread reminds me of fast and the furious tokyo drift, when they put the RB26 into the 68 rustang.

OK, this has been fun to watch, but I can't keep quiet any more

Yes we bought a Nova... Yes it's for R&D... But being parked next to a few Miata's is about as close as it's going to get to a BP motor!

Would be cool in a way, but it's not why I bought the car.... It's currently a 350 4-bolt main, TH350 car with a 3.73 open diff. I'd guess it runs a 15 second 1/4mi. Haven't had it on the dyno yet. And it's got a funny look wart shaped thing on top of the motor and I can't find the fuel injectors anywhere!

But that's why I bought it... We'll be doing some testing and R&D work to help out the Carb-to-EFI guys this year, and this is the testbed... should be fun. And long term... I'm thinking we'll stick something nasty under the hood with at least one, likely two big boosty snails hanging off of it.

Jerry if you could beat accel with price and performance for a efi conversion i think you would make some good money. Alot of Chevy guys are scared of EFI unless it is LT1 edit etc. It is even worse than what we used to do in the miata market.

Yeah - dear old dad is interested in converting his "all motor" 11.9 second chevy vega with a 350 in it over the a MS. It's on his "someday list". But he keeps talking about the edlebrock kit, and I just can't imagine it's worth it.

Maybe I'll give him my old injectors and he can run it throttle body till he steps up and gets FI
