First time dyno do's and dont's?
I am going to go dyno my car, my first time ever. Its a dynopack dyno. Worth doing it on this type?
Anything I should know when doing the run, achieving the most useful reading, how much should it cost(right now they are charging 50 bucks)?
Please tell me anything and everything I should know.

$50 typically just gets you 3 pulls w/o wideband.
If there's no wideband, then I'd pass. It's always a good idea to compare your LC1 reading to what Megatune is seeing.
Take your laptop, make sure it's a fresh battery... and make sure your spare battery is charged.
Ensure your tire pressure is good.
Full tank of gas.
Plugs cleaned and gapped.
