Default Weird hot start problem, help

Ok, so I have the most weirdest start up problem with my EMU, with rx7 550cc injectors. When the car gets hot and you shut it off and it doesn't want to start back up until it's cold again, but as soon as I plug the usb wire from emu into the laptop the car starts right up, everytime. I really have no idea why it might be doing that, what do you guys think this might be?

My EMB did something like that. If it wasn't plugged into the laptop it forgot it's map. With the pressure switch the EMB only turned on with boost. If it was plugged into the laptop it was fine. If it wasn't it would stumble or throw a CEL when I went into boost.

I deleted the map and reinstalled it and it would work for a while. Then it would do it again. No idea what caused it. Hopefully yours isn't the same.

I don't know anything about the emanage line up really, but I do know i have seen atleast 10 threads about this problem. Just never bothered to open one up to see what people did to fix it. There are some on m.net as well if you can't find them here.
