MSM - Built block and upgraded turbo on stock ECU?

MSM - Built block and upgraded turbo on stock ECU?
Been mulling over this the past month or so. I have an entire build planned out with a local shop...built short block, Fab9 manifold, EFR 6258, 1000cc injectors etc but what's stopping me is emissions with a standalone so any insight would be much appreciated.
Because i'll have to swap back to the stock injectors and ecu once a year will I have any issues with the larger turbo and built block (still 1.8) with the factory ECU? Obviously won't be ragging on it but just puttin' around slowly until I pass.

You're asking a super vague question and I'm trying to get you to understand how silly it is, so that you can re-structure it and put in the necessary legwork in asking intelligent quesitons.
I'm currently 12 years into building and tuning EJ257's, cobb hasn't offered obd2 readiness monitor enabling for years now.
For example: we despise people who ask stuff like: " guyths I'm about to turbo my miata, what are some things that I should know?"

Probably misspoke on the OBD-II thing, I just meant I have no issues with getting emissions done via the OBD-II method on my 15 STI despite the mods and tune. How? I don't know I just pull it in and they run it, I pay, then drive off.

every build could yeild different results. so would things like but not limited to exhausts components. its a giant can of worms kinda question. 4 quadrillion right answers.
The real solution would be to stuck with stock compression and have the entire package reverse to stock for testing. Anything else would require testing on your end. Or go in reverse and remove parts and test as you go. find the limit where you can test well with maximum parts left on.

I have a re-chipped '04 mazda-speed ecu + the paired immobilizer that can run 450cc injectors that will get you about 250+ whp. I ditched it as it was not easily tuned/upgradable and went with an MS3 and would let it go for a song. I'm pretty sure it passes smog; but likely not CARB legal. You could contact BEIG for a description. I think you'd need the ecu, the 450 injectors, the paired immobilizer and it's programed key; all of which I have.
As the MS3 just plugs into your factory din plug, it could also be easily removed and re-installed.
