Bought the last blank available from Mazda.
But the blank had too little material so the base circle was ground down to 33mm.
Weld on the stock one would be my choice if I'd want another cam now.

ST 11:1, block/head decked 0.8mm in total, 305 cams with 10.7mm lift:
4.7mm clearance at TDC with -13 degree advance (that's what the decking gave).
Measuring at many points revealed that I have contact at 24 degrees advance and beyond (10 degree sweep that is nono).
This was measured without the 0.8mm gasket to simulate stretch at about 8krm.

Do you know how much your intake cam lift at 47 degrees?
Yeah, I've seen your thread but with such differences in pistons and cams I couldn't really compare.

I have no idea on the stock VVT cam specs though.

Also, for the past couple of months I've searched for a VVT connector/pigtail. I only just discovered the OCV fits perfectly on the orange connector for the evap solenoid
