Default running rich/hot start issues

My 1990 turbo running a rx7 afm and an emanage blue has been running flawlessly for 8 years...until recently its started flooding on hot startup. cold start fine. i have cleaned all my grounds and replaced the ECU temp sender. Data logs of the emanage show everything normal in terms of afm voltages and duty cycles. ive fitted new NGK blue leads and ZFR7F plugs and still the hot issue continues! ive tried adjusting timing +-15 degrees at start to see if that works but no change. AAARRRGH! the only thing i havent checked is fuel pressure at idle. maybe the fpr is faulty??

any other suggestions?
