General Intro and Noobness.....
Machismo here.....some of you may know me from the other forums. I am taking the plunge and stepping over to the dark side. I have no where else to go with the car, but "Boost". I will be running NA for a while still, until parts are all collected, but decided to start lurking now and get my nooby questions and shamings over with.
Thanks for all the great info thus far.

Ok noob, seems that you know about our rituals already, yet you still fail!!!
Lots of people don't go to the "other site" very often and have no clue who the **** you are, so that is no excuse for not having pics and some info about your car.
The "nowhere else to go but Boost" bullshit don't cut it, lot's of people here drive beaters with blown shocks and daisies yet still have boost. Elaborate!
Also, there is a noob section where you are supposed to report for an *** raping, I suggest you beg one of the Mods to delete this thread and start a new one there.
It better be better than this one or the infamous Sam&Hustler tandem will own your soul and buttfuck all your pets.

I will look more intently for your so called "section".... as for your beaters, don't make your hardships my responsibility. I track mine and am 2007 SM2 Regional champ for the Texas Region, so maintenance and provisions for competiveness have been made. I just want the car to be "way" faster now........

Hmmm.....very tempting. I am presently trying to Megasquirt the car and get through its learning curves first. Then when I am proficient enough to keep the tow trucks at bay, I will be on the hunt for all the "boosty" goodies.

Aha! Yes, regional champness is a whole different ball game than say Divisionals or Nationals. I am way underpowered and underfunded for the laters for sure. Pics of the wifey or ex-wifey as of late can be had. I will just need to source a few on the other 'puter.

Pics of car will do in the meantime.
I want to see mroe on that front bumper and lip, is it functional?
Not asking for data, but does the car feel more stable at higher speeds, etc.?
Sorry your thread in the right section got closed, I didn't see that coming

No worries.....
Lip used to be some Home Depot crap, that actually seemed to take some of the shimmy out at highway speeds.
The lip has since been replaced w/ an R-lip and TDR splitter. Also have added a Butterfly brace, so it actually feels like a Lincoln on the expansion joints of the freeway now. Edit* - I have some older pics available in an album on here now. Rants and raves are greatly appreciated.

I'll be in town on 8/8 to start my turbo build, feel free to come over and help. I'm also going to start road tuning then, and I'd love to have someone make adjustments for me while road tuning.
