Default Body to fender bolts broken

When removing my fenders last weekend my buddy snapped both bolts that connect the fenders to the unibody. I attempted with an easy out for a bit, then started drilling them out. Broke a drill bit and then gave up and used a ziptie. So now I have a drillbit stuck in a bolt stuck in the unibody.

Is it a nut welded to the backside? Anybody know the size? Could I drill out wider than the bolt and retap?

Suggestions?

Which ones? There's 4 on top, one behind the door, two under the fender, and one behind the fender liner.

If it's one of the four up top, you can drill the nut off and install a rivnut.

Its the 2 on the bottom of the tub next to the door. I've never used a rivnut but maybe that could work there. Do you need access to the backside to install a rivnut?

Looks like I know what I'm doing tomorrow morning. Do you have time to give me a hand with it or are you on a tight schedule tomorrow?

Yeah I've got your load leveler too. I can drill the holes if I know what size I need for the rivnuts.
