Default car almost done, again, too much power now

so i havent written on the forum for a while...
really been just finishing up a few loose ends on the car...
now i have around 400hp at the rear wheels...
ps. the 1.6 mazdaspeed diff holds up perfect...knock on wood..
but no traction under wot in 1st, 2nd or 3rd... im talking going sideways at 70mph now...
so i guess i need to go to a stickier and larger tire setup???
running new azenis and gold konig heliums(15") now...
thinking of going to either
225 50 15 nittio nt01
or
245 45 16 nitto nt01
not sure which will be better ???
any ideas??? ps i will be selling the wheel and tire setup if anyone is interested.....
thanks

I see NYC... if its below say... 50 degrees... its just too cold for those tires. You'll find traction issues in the winter no matter what tire you run. Fact of life.

Wait til its warm, test tires again. If still an issue... time for drag radials

holds up for 10 miles, and fails within 20 is not something I'd say is handling the power perfectly just wait.....

sell that to a SM before it's dead.

the small 16g i was running before @18pis i had 320 ish hp at the rear wheels..it was pretty fast
now i have a super 20g and 20psi and its really fu**ing dangerous, to the point that i pretty much dont drive it any more..besides the fact it just got cold...id have to say i probally have around 400hp at the rear wheels now???

I'd like to see a dyno of that. I don't see a small 16g making that much on a miata motor.

the turbo's good for 700CFM at 20psi.

that's about 440BHP.

he say's he's rocking the 20g not the 16g anymore.

Ya, I guess. I just call them like I see them, maybe thats a flaw.

Back on the attack though, he said 320whp on a small 16g which is rated at 520 cfm with around 470 effective cfm. Does not compute.
