A high flow cat will increase performance a very tiny bit on a stock car, bigger difference on a turbo car but here we run 3" exhausts and there are very few vendors that sell **** that big for our cars. Actuallly i dont know any vendors that sell stuff that big out the door. Usually you gotta get that stuff custom made.

I really need a belt sander of sorts. Between my old Greddy turbo flange that had some caked on gasket (read: burnt into diamond like material), my Artech manifold warping, and the few test pipes and cats I've made, I could really really use one.

Harbor Freight anyone?

Combination 4" x 36" Belt / 6" Disc Sander

I'd just need to find a belt that doesn't disintegrate when it touches metal.

Well yeah the sander is the same, its the replacement belts that are the problem.

Passed with ease. Felt good when he checked for the cat, so I definitely didn't waste my money. As a side benefit, I finally got rid of the pink 2013 sticker.

It's a little ugly, but for 1 day every 2 years, I'll live with it. Abe's beautiful 3" test pipe is sitting on my workbench waiting.
