JDM Engine with NO EGR and US ECU
Sooooo kind of screwed myself over on this. I forgot to get inspection done before it expired promptly after it expired I blew my engine. I swapped in a JDM Engine + Trans.
Car has been sitting but will be running next week. Now I have a delima. The JDM Engine has NO EGR and I'm using the USDM ECU. I am in NJ and all I'm worried about from the inspection is they check the readiness of the various sensors. I will most likely fail.
I've done some searching and couldn't find anything relevant. Threads I found were related to boost applications (I'm NA) or for passing SMOG not the odb2 readiness.
I used to have a guy that could get legit stickers but those days are long gone! Any ideas?

It's a 1.8 JDM and I have a '97 ECU.
