Default Just Installed Godspeed Radiator

This week, I got my Godspeed in the mail. I think Santa Clause is real... his name is the UPS Guy. Anyways, I called up Godspeed and talked to a guy named Chung. 160 Shipped after mentioning this forum and it shipped out the same day (3 rads in stock)! The radiator is HUGE, maybe an extra gallon of coolant capacity over the stock radiator. The build quality is decent. Install, however, was a pain, as the end tanks were a touch lower than stock and hit my IC piping. I had to drill and slot the mounting holes to raise the radiator up ~1/2" and I had to bend the edges of the core in to get the OEM mounting brackets to fit. The alum is super soft, and it bent easily with some pliers. At 160, though, it's not perfect, it's a hell of a steal. I'm actually seeing higher temps on the road. Can't wait to exploit the extra cooling capacity on the track come summer time .

you're stoked about higher temperatures on the road, and think you'll be better on the track? Sounds like your cooling system might have some issues.

Bleed your coolant system. You didn't do it properly when you installed the radiator.

Being as though I am about to install when I get home. I'm not thrilled that you had higher temps. I had the auto radiator. And never a minute of trouble cooling.
I hope this thing is a quality part. LOL

Don't take the previous posters word as doctrine. Lots of us run the godspeed. Temps are much better then the OEM.
