Good call Brain. I don't really see this as something that needs to be shut. I mean were just discussing things. Don't take this so personally everyone, this thread wasn't made to upset anyone, just discuss the differences between certain styles.

haha so a few of us said a few things about a few particular "interesting" modifications....the entire concept of this post was an analysis of a particular vehicle....everyone has different oppinions.....and some of us like to speak them, others may not. Your short life here you read some responses in this thread and decided you have no sense of humor and can't read the other massive amounts of good information here....
I urge you to start a thread asking a serious question/thought/idea and see how much bullshit you get...my guess is, little to none.

i'd like to order my rims asap, and knowing things before a purchase is usually best.... what size of tire would cause fitment issues with a 16x9" with a +15 offset? crimson mx5 had 205/40/16 on a 9" wide rim, personally i'd like to go 225 but would that require me to roll the fender if the car is lowered? or will i have to find out how low i can go before it starts gettin the friction on?
dude, start a new thread. In fact....

it seems to me every miata forum has its own flavor, be it m.net, cr.net, miataturbo, or roadsterdrift. and pretty much everyone on each forum has one viewpoint which someone expresses and everyone agrees with and the dissenter is shouted down. Nothing wrong with that, just pointing out it is truly opinion and not objectively stupid...the exhuast is though.
