Default Anyone near Melbourne FL Wanna help install a Hydra?

Hello, I am in Melbourne FL and I am thinking about purchasing a Hydra in the next few weeks... I have RX7 550 injectors on the way also. Is there anyone that would like to help me install it on a 2004 Mazdaspeed? I have the FM downpipe with 02 sensor bung already so that shouldn't be too bad. I can drive an hour or so if needed ;-)

PM or

Dude..... the install is actually very easy.... took me and a buddy a little over an hour and a half to do. The setup of the ecu through the laptop and the initial troubleshooting with idle dip, cold start, etc... is the hadest part.

Just make sure you follow FM's directions and You'll easily be able to do it yourself

I'd help but I'm in Maryland

Thanks for the input guys. It seems the install is straightforward, but the tuning is harder. I just received my Rx7 injectors and sent them out to WitchHunter for service. The hydras are on back order so It may be a while before I get around to it....

is anything from FM not on backorder (besides their stickers)? those guys really need to learn inventory management.

Backorder is another term for "If someone orders it, we'll get one from our supplier"
