Default Rich between shifts with recirc bov

Hi guys,

I notice I'm running rich (down to 11) between shifts even with a recirculating BOV (with softest spring). It's rich even when I'm not shifting in boost. Is this normal or is something wrong? It runs at 14.7'ish at idle and cruising. I'm using an EMB and autotune.

Thanks,

t.t.

rich not shifting in boost is your tune, obviously. Going rich for a split second when you're shifting, isn't anything to worry about.

I would think it's normal. Although you're recirculating, I don't think 100% of the air goes back into the turbo, thus you're metering more air than is actually being introduced into the motor. Mine goes 10.5:1 or so for a second.

If you ask me, as long as it isnt stalling or sounding like it's gonna, I wouldnt worry about it.
