OK. Interested but here is a dumb a$$ question. I've been looking around here, mnet, google, etc. Can't find an answer.

How difficult/ impossible is it to install these gears with the engine in the car? Can't find an answer on how to do it or if it is even possible.

Well, it's going to involve getting the oil pump off (because the gears come out from the inside of the pump housing), so off comes the timing belt, and hopefully you know what that involves. Possibility of doing it with the engine in should be possible, but you'd want to take the front sway bar and probably the radiator out. A lift would be good to get to it from the underside, but you should be able to get to it from the top too.

Don't you have to get the oil pan off as well? But maybe that's just me cause I'm retarded like that.

yes. I cant see how you could possibly getting it out, especially since you cant fully drop the pan, and you wont be able to get at the pickup tube bolts.

seriously pull the damn motor it is not hard.

Funny thing... I know someone here in the U.S. named Kent Britain, pretty good antenna engineer actaully

I don't know what the cost of shipping will be upfront, I'll have to actaully get the gears here and take them down to the post. This is a pretty small package and I imagine it'll be relatively unexpensive. Pay for the group buy upfront and then I'll invoice you the necessary amount when I actaully receive the gears from the machinist.

Looks like I'm upto 31, I have an ebay add running as well for 1 week. When that expires which is on the 31st I'll officially close it and make the order.

Glad to see the interest. Can't wait, though.... No car till these come in. Going to cost me what I'm saving on the gears just in tennis shoes. :-P
