I pull up next to the guy and he seemed to have an AEM wideband that wasn't hooked up (because it was in "vegas" mode bouncing full sweep from left to right real consistently) in his gauge pod but I still hoped it was a fast car. I was like vroom vroom a bunch but he wouldn't even pull with me. Just looked at me and sniggered. At least his buddy ahead of him in a stock sti did pull which was the first time I roll-raced with a stock sti (walked him). nyways eff ********* who are too hotshit to talk with you. I just like all fast cars...

I have a Saturn and I'm a dickweed. But only when I'm trying to crash. Something about driving a Saturn that takes away your hopes and dreams.

Saturn owners are always trying to find a way to kill themselves. Next time you're out, look for them. They all have the same look. Usually unkempt with a junked out car and they look like there's nothing left to life and they'd be perfectly fine being t-boned by a Mack truck if it were painless. The only time a Saturn driver smiles is when they pull up next to another Saturn driver. Because then they know... They know if they kill each other, its technically not suicide. But at least I keep myself and my car clean.

Continuing the current topic- It seems that the "Me too" cars have the most dickwads per capita. The niche cars, as I've noticed, have a greater percentage of gearheads and enthusiasts that are really interested in Honest motor-sporting, rather than looking cool or going fast on a highway somewhere. Although that was kind of the point of my thread when I posted. It's fun, but I need more. Cars are like Music. The "true to heart" enthusiasts go for their own sound that is artistic, unlike the masses that flock to the pop genres and uninspired "greatest hits".

When my old Greddy'd 92 running 7-8psi kept up with a friend's Mopar stage 2 Srt4, it really surprised him. Most of the Srt4 guys are cool around here, I even fixed a BOV for one of them one night.

Believe it or not. The sport version with the twin cam and 5-speed is fast. I expected it to be like a honda. But it would tear second gear up.
I would like to have one of those looking stock with a turbo on it.
It would be a great sleeper.

But then again, I wouldn't put that much into a saturn.

(raises hand)

That's what I have. Not fast, but I guess its good for what it is. I've got the SL (sedan) with MP3 (short ratio) trans and twin cam motor. Used to have an SAFC2 on, but I never put the cams in that I got, so I sold them and everything else (except the broken supercharger) to save for another car. Its quick for a slow car, but I'm tired of making it something it's not. Which is why I'm here.
