Default Hey guys...is this a problem? (CRnet fail)

http://www.clubroadster.net/vb_forum...ad.php?t=48121

Read if you want, but cliffs are he has a vibration after chaning trans fluid and removing exhaust to gut cat. Posts this video.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Ihwk40TNIo&sns=em and completely misses the fact that his transmission is missing a huge chunk...but "the seal might not really need to be replaced". Oh and this nugget of forward thinking...

Yes, ignore the fact that your transmission is FUCKED but notice the massive amounts of oil under the car that should be addressed by driving to a drive-thru carwash.

Note the location is directly under the shifter turret and the bolts that would normall be directly over the tailshaft housing...and that the housing seems to be missing. I'm willing to bet he couldn't get the converter off and beat the **** out of it on the car and broke the tail housing in the process and managed to completely ******* miss it...probably thought it was part of the converter. Reference in this picture below...

When I break a transmission I just take it through a car wash and all is well again. Not sure wtf you're talking about.

I should do that everytime I have a problem...just take the car to a drive-thru carwash.

Somebody apparently didn't catch the sarcasm when his buddy told him, "That'll buff right out."

Holy ****, I forgot how painful it is to read cr.net threads. Is it a requirement that every post end with either "lol" or "haha" even when there's nothing remotely funny in the content of the post?
