Turns out it was my neighbor, he shot my car... hauled *** to the police station and hit a couple cars in the parking lot. He proceeded to get out of the car, shotgun in hand, and walk up to the front door. Almost got his *** shot but dropped the gun just before they had to shoot him. He's always been really nice but apparently went off the reservation. Hopefully more details tomorrow.

Damn, that sucks. I'm assuming he will be going away for a while, which is probably good since he doesn't appear to like you very much.

Have you had a chance to inspect the damage? I assume you wouldn't be lucky enough that the bullets only took out a couple windows? Hopefully the damage isn't too bad.

That's what he gets for living next to an Indian reservation.

Holy ****! Glad that it did not end much worse than that. Sounds like the guy needs to be put on some medication and undergo some serious treatment.

It's a good thing he didn't have a knife, he could have injured 20 people!

Not high enough turns out...

Looks like inside is peppered with shot, driver seats full of bird shot, couple holes in the leather in the back as well. Also officer said the dash and b pillar. Front pass tire is flat. It's having electrical problems also, locks arnt working right so I can only open it with the key. That means I can only get in the drivers door (only mechanical lock) without climbing over and unlocking the other doors. Insides covered in glass so not at the top of my todo list.

Called insurance and it's going to be atleast tomorrow before an adjuster comes out. It's taped up and covered now so I don't feel like ******* with it.

Yeah saw that on the news about the stabbing spree. This will make gun debates interesting. Goes to prove guns don't kill bmws, crazy people do.

I'm interested to see what insurance says. Replacing all those interior parts and whatever is damaged behind them is going to add up quick. It wouldn't surprise me if it's totaled.
