Went to Cabela's when they opened at 5am before coming to work. Stood in line in front of the store for a few minutes, and then they opened their doors. Got to tour the perimeter of the building before going inside. I've never seen such a huge line, but everyone fit inside. Picked up a spotting scope for $40 and a few trail cameras for deer. The wife, sister, and brother-in-law went with me. They were planning on buying a camoflauge recliner. Cabela's had already passed out tickets to people waiting in line for the item - they were all pissed. I no care, I got what I came for.
And now I'm at work, hoping they kick us all out of here about noon. We are at probably 50% staff today or less.

little known facts:
I'm wearing the same clothes as yesterday.
Disputedly, the toliet was invented by a man named Crapper. And that's why today the toliet is still sometimes referred to as the crapper and things that are shitty as crap.

I'm at work, but not much going on. I manage a car/truck rental company and only a few commercial renters picking up trucks for the most part. Leaving here around 11:30 today. I wasn't supposed to be here at all but the owner asked if I could come in this morning because he wanted to hunt for a few hours. This is the only job I've ever had that I actually dont mind coming to. Hopefully I'll own the business some day (Or maybe I shouldn't hope for that, with the direction that this Country is headed)

I went to work Wednesday like an idiot. I was the only fool in the building all day.
It was nice because i actually got some work done.
The boss wanted me to come in today too. I declined.

Went snowboarding yesterday, the opening day. Was epic, got pow shots to the face, hiked the ridge, had tons of fun.
I'm working today, but it's dead as all hell so far. Hopefully it's dead all day. Will go snowboarding again on sat/sun.
Life kicks ***.

I couldn't believe that no one had yet done one featuring the famous Cristo Redentor statue in Rio de Janeiro, so I went ahead and made my own:
(I'm debating doing an alternate version that asks "Are you not redeemed?")
Moving on...

Work is horrible today. Small VW dealership with only 8 people working today. I have clocked in and made a pot of coffee today. Refreshed a couple apps on my phone looking at boring post-Thanksgiving posts and pictures.
I am car hunting today... Craigslist is dead. ~$7,000 to spend and I can't find anything I want. '02 NB SE with ~130k for $5? Super clean old lady owned; or should I keep looking..?

I'd buy that miata for 5 bucks. Is that what you want? The SE would have the 6 spd and 3.9 torsen right? If so, sounds like a good deal.

Yes sir, 6spd and torsen. It'll be my daily and my new living arrangement has no garage which sucks.. I can only use the shop to work on my car for 2-3 hours at a time so it probably will never end up with a trubo. Coilovers, and a megasquirt to keep me happy.
