For what I have to do at the barn, being the 165 I was 5 years ago before lifting would be a hindrance. Being the fat lard I am now sure is an ego crusher compared to the days of a 6 pack, ripped back, and decent arms.

5'8 BMI 24.5, fat % using the linked calculator is 23.
By fat percentage, the chart says I'm obese.
By BMI, I'm overweight.
I'm eight weeks away from my next marathon. Headed to Tanzania in August to climb Kilimanjaro.
I may be a fat SOB, but I'm doing way more than most of the guys my age.

every time someone sees a thin person with muscle tone and says "god eat something!" I want to kick them in the face and force feed them donuts. more often than not, those judging the thin person are soft and squishy like a memory foam mattress.

i'm not saying you can't weigh a lot, i'm talking body fat percentage in the 30s. that's what people think is "normal" now.

Look back years ago when a large soft drink and fries are the size of today's small. America sure loves to eat, and it's not my fault that I'm "too skinny".

Spyder, you're at a good weight for your size assuming you dont have a belly.

There's some stupid list of labels you are looking for, like "Farm raised organic free range chicken" or equally retarded government-regulated list to get what you are wanting.
