"BMI" is a useless metric for measuring body fat. It does not take into account the idea that weight does not equal fat.
Use a body fat percentage calculation instead.
My BMI: 25.0

I was 135 when i started working out.. i'm sure i was no where 20 bmi... To be at 20 you gotta be a complete couch potato that doesnt lift a finger and drives around in a little cart otherwise you'd have too much muscle in your legs.
