Handicapped plates on a motorcycle?

whoa, please say since I have not been in this thread for a while, that we are not talking about a DV, I didnt read everything, but I agree with the "**** off" if its a DV, there is a ******* reason they have it and I damn well feel that they deserve parking of their own. Its ignorance like that is what makes me pissed off.

That's like whenever I see a 2009 Mustang Gt 500 with handicap plates...I mean come on...so handicap but you can still drive a car like that? Or even better is something like a Ford F350 King Ranch power stroke diesel, lifted, with stacks and a 12" exhaust with a handicap plate...makes no sense.
Or if you are around Ft.Hood, everyone has a DV plate...not sure what the significance is, it's not like it gets you closer to Walmart.

I sawa guy in a brand new STI jam in between to suv's. Right after he went in a little kid ran out and jumped on his hood and then swung the door into it. The dad just laughed at him. Who cares about cars so much that they want to get an STI... but not enough that they don't care about the paint/bodywork?

Must not live in a military installation. Everyone and their mom has DV plates. I counted at the last stop light I was at. It was a three lane road...I counted 6 DV plates...just at that light. The next light had 4. They are everywhere. All you need for a DV plate is have had a few medical conditions. Every **** around here has them.
My friend got them for having PTSD when he served 2.5 weeks in Afgan...not even in a red zone...sorry...

Let me know next time someone hands you a marker and advises you to write your blood type on your boots..
Go play in traffic.

For the record, the three people you are arguing with about this in this thread (me being one of them) are all military. What could we possibly know about living on a military installation or in a military town? Traffic is waiting for you buddy.

I dirve the Miata with DV plates. AND I hope out of it when I'm getting out. So what? Just because you have DV or HC plates doesn't mean that you're in a wheel chair or have to drive some Ford Econovan.
I used to have a riced out Eclipse with DV plates when I was still in college. There you could park in HC spots as there were no shortage of them. Ahhhhhh the looks my wife and I would get. Just because someone doesn't looked disabled doesn't mean they aren't.

Or even their own blood on their deceased forehead... I dont think an aerial transporter should ever have to do that, but when unloading casualties at the base, sometimes they come DOA. Thank god it wasnt me that had to do that, but my spotter, and he couldnt sleep for 2 weeks... because he was fresh from basic... hoping his ride into the air force was a smooth one.

So what if I haven't, ******? Does the fact that there is a large concentration of people who sacrificed part of their mental or physical well-being for their country near you make them any less deserving of your respect? Are you really that much of a **** stain?
I don't know man, I mean I've been in the Army a few years now, but I haven't been to Redneck, Texas to see things from Turbo_4's perspective. He truly knows about military life.

Lackland, AFB Texas...
I know how it is, since I spent basic and tech school there... not much different.
edit: Chicksdigmiatas can testify... the poor bastard is stationed there still...

PPL That are handicapped soely because of obesity should be required to have obesity plates. Obesity plated cars should be required to park in specially marked obesity spaces at the extreme back of the parking lot.
Turbo_4 - ppl like you are the reason Vietnam veterans received the "welcome home" that they did.

Lol, sounds like someone is a little butt hurt. Excuse me for not looking up to all the bright and shiny infantry people stationed here. These aren't a bunch of highschool drop outs, people whose last choice was to either be military or jail, or people that were either going to keep living in Grandma's trailer or get out.
I mean come the **** on. This isn't an airforce base or special operations or really anything that requires a thought process. This is training for people who can operate solely on someone telling them what to do...no thinking involved. Don't even get me started about these morons out here. The infantry division isn't some amazing, glorified, position. It's where you can when you can't get into anything else.

It's right beside "stereotype *** in a miata, OK." Clearly everyone stationed at Ft. Hood is an inbred toothless infantry hick with an IQ of 11. I dunno how turbo_4 hasn't been turned yet.
