I used to be a Samsung fan boy, until they fucked me on my DLP TV. Ever since then, the few remaining Samsung devices I've had have been glitchy and quitting on me. I won't be buying Samsung anymore. They products are poorly made with sub standard parts, and their support is pitiful, and they don't back their products.

PS, **** Charter Communications! I have browsed their website for 20 minutes and cannot find a single ******* phone number or email address for support. My internet has been acting really unreliable for the last week or so. It was so stable for years, but now all of a sudden it's having issues that I used to have where the connection comes and goes. Also, my speed test is only showing a 4-5Mb/s down, which is only about 1/4 of typical speeds, yet for whatever reason the upload is still rock solid at exactly what it always has been, 2.07Mb/s. I'm guessing they did something in the neighborhood that fucked me up. I guess I'll have to flag down a Charter van or something, since I don't know how else to get in touch. And I can't get the to give me a new modem. The one I have is ancient. Literally the one I got when cable internet was first hitting mainstream. Probably 10+ years old. Though I actually have a Motorola Surfboard, I guess if I could find a ******* PHONE NUMBER I could call and give them the MAC and use it.

Online game (Diablo clone), right at the start of a boss fight. My character won't move. WTF?

GD mouse decides to crap out right at that particular moment. Character dies, and without magic user support, team gets wiped out. Team is not happy. I am not happy.

Mouse gets crushed under repeated stomping. Wife thinks I've lost it.

I put the dash back in my car. And after like 2 months of it sitting on the garage floor it feels good. I just sat in the Miata for like 20 minutes with the dash in and enjoyed it looking like almost a real car again.

I enjoy that feeling. The problem for me comes when I crank it up and start driving.

After watching Star Trek TNG several times through, for the first time I just heard something that cracked me up. Data was talking to Riker and Picard about his head found from the past, and says his phase discriminator is a type R. Data is a Type R. I would waste my time making a meme picture, but nobody would get it.

Dear Joe Perez,

Last night I slowed for a raccoon that wasn't to be bothered in the middle of the road. He ran off and lept into a tree once I got close.

Love,
Brain.

Whoever designed the NB endlinks needs to die in a fire.

So my sister informed me via Facebook today that my dog died last night. She was an old girl (15 years) and had been living at my sister's place down in Florida for a number of years, as my life has been one airport after another for so long. To be honest, I'm surprised she help up this long- Lexi was a very obese little chihuahua. But despite her age, she was so playful and filled with bouncing-off-the-walls energy that she might as well have been a puppy. Every time I flew home to visit, she'd practically explode when I walked through the door.

That kind of made it worse, actually. She didn't seem like an old dog...

I know this is a cat forum, and I've never even fessed up to dog ownership before today, I just thought I'd share.

A dog owner...huh. Really? REALLY?

What if I admitted that I, too, was a secret dog owner? Not an owner of a secret dog, but secretly an owner of a dog. WHAT THEN.

Merely a hypothetical, of course.

Don't post pictures of your dogs online, the police who monitor this site WILL come to your house and shoot them.

thanks,
management.
