PS. Laying in bed trying to sleep after having 5 or 6 cups of tea today, staring holes through the back of my eyelids. So like any sane person, I give it up, get up and fix another cup of tea... damn it.

Vitamin D is the cure for stones. That, and plenty of fluids. Haven't had a problem since I've been on the vitamins (2000 isp minimum, up to 5000 isp) with stones. Family history of them - kidney failure is what killed my father after years of stones.
Is this the old, "I've never driven it so obviously I know what it's like" comment?
I have an NA on XIDAs as the track car, and until I picked up the V8 4Runner, I used my NC as my DD. Stiffer chassis, more room for rubber, better brakes and rear suspension, larger/flatter torque curve, better interior materials, etc. It's just as fun and tossable as the early cars. I'd LOVE to see what this car could on track with proper pads, R-Comps, and XIDA-like suspension.
If I could justify it, I'd part out the NA and turn the NC into the track car.
But it's an '06 Grand Touring with the Sport package and only 44k miles. It's still worth a bit more than I'd like to ball up at the track.
Which is why it goes up for sale next month.

Other things that increase the risk of formation for calcium oxalate stones are black teas, coffee, black pepper, chocolate, nuts, most dark green veggies and most fruits (or any other foods high in oxalates). So basically, by that rule, I shouldn't eat anything good. I just eat in moderation when I can, and drink plenty of water. I think a low intake of water and a huge intake of tea was the cause for my stones last time. I was drinking probably a gallon of tea a day, and almost no water. Lesson learned.
Damn it man! Tea and bagel lunch it is!

Aren't we overdue to have Jason describe to us how kidney stones are caused by a combination of gluten, carbohydrates, and the Federal Reserve Bank, and how they can be cured by some obscure thing that nobody has ever heard of except for some hippie trying to sell me a book about it?

I drive both. Going from one to the other is radical. My '91 is in my signature, my 2010 is a Grand Touring PRHT. The '91 is a go cart, the 2010 is plush but very fun on the back roads chasing one of the fastest drivers I know and keeping right with him in his NB.

The artist pre-rendered 48 different images, representing the entire day at 15 minute increments. The images are stored on the server with filenames corresponding to GMT+12, which seems like an oddly arbitrary choice. (For instance the image which corresponds to 03:15 GMT / 10:15pm EST is named "15h15m.png")
When you access the web site, the server checks to see what the current time is, rounds to the nearest 15 minute increment, and loads the appropriate image based on that time.
Examining the underlying HTML code behind the page reveals the following, which gives a clue as to the author's sense of humor:

The NA is an extremely dramatic car. It's not the fastest thing in the world, but it struts and frets its hour upon the road, full of sound and fury. It's certainly lightweight, but that lightness reflects mostly a complete absence of insulation and torsional rigidity.
The NB improved upon the NA in terms of quietness and stiffness, decreasing both lightness and laptimes in the process.
I've only ever driven one NC, and it was a pre-production test mule back at the big pre-release event. My recollection is that it felt quieter, heavier, more civilized, and faster than my NA. It's certainly a less exciting car to drive, in much the same way that riding in the passenger's seat of a Lamborghini Reventón driven by Sabine Schmitz during one lap around the 'ring is less exciting than being strapped to the front bumper of a 1964 Cadillac Eldorado under the same conditions.

I see Carbs there. You are most definitely going to gain 600 pounds from that toast, you will loose all muscle mass, and the your metabolism will be crap. At least that is what I have learned from the health freaks on mt.net.
